Agile, Scrum, Kanban (oh my!) Using Agility and Agile Ideals in Operations

Agile, Scrum, Kanban – This terms once lived uniquely within technology verticals.  However, even before the world changed with COVID, operations started exploring what these terms meant for their operations.  Enter, Operational Agility, and how to use Agile in any business unit.  Agility takes the ideas of iterative delivery, transparency, team empowerment and customer focus and move those to the forefront of operations.During this session, we will learn more about those driving ideals, and explore how to apply them in operational system.  Agility is the future of operations; however, the transition can be uncomfortable.  We will also take to time to explore the tactical elements that can facilitate this transition, as well as how to sell the outcomes. Anyone in any vertical and at any agile experience can learn something in this session as we explore how to become better agile practitioners.
