Supporting Clients Through a Self-Run UAT

During a more complex project UAT phase, clients who elect to develop test scenarios and manage all aspects of testing often need support and structure to ensure success. As an example to illustrate our client engagement and support, we'll look at a recent D365 project where the client took on the responsibility as a cost saving effort. We'll review how we help introduce strategies, structure and standards to ensure client success as well as practically how Azure DevOps was configured to allow them easy of use for a group of individuals unfamiliar with the tool.
