SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager with Certified SAFe® PO/PM
Develop the skillsets needed to guide the delivery of value in a Lean enterprise by becoming a SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). During this two-day course, attendees gain an in-depth understanding of how to effectively perform their role in the Agile Release Train (ART) as it delivers value through Program Increments.
Participants explore how to apply Lean thinking to decompose Epics into Features and Stories, refine Features and Stories, manage Program and Team backlogs, and to plan and execute Iterations and Program Increments. In this 2-day course, participants will master the responsibilities and skills of a Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM) in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) enterprise. This comprehensive instruction will journey through the nuances of stepping into a PO/PM role, the intricacies of preparing for and leading PI (Program Increment) Planning, and the meticulous process of executing iterations and the entire PI. Additionally, for those seeking formal recognition, we'll shed light on the pathway to becoming a Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.

Articulate the Product Owner and Product Manager role
