Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) Certification Course in Houston, TX
COVID-19 Update: To protect your health and safety, all our classes are now offered virtually. Our in-person classes have strict guidelines for sanitation, physical distancing, class size, and may switch to virtual if necessary.
The Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is a 2-day certification training (offered online and in person) where participants learn how to leverage Scrum to maximize the value of products and services.
Product Ownership in Scrum today is about a lot more than writing requirements or managing a Product Backlog. Professional Scrum Product Owners need to take a much more strategic role in establishing vision, measuring value, and validating ideas.
The course includes two attempts at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification exam (PSPO I).
Over the 2 days, participants will develop and solidify their knowledge of being a Product Owner through instruction and team-based exercises. The PSPO course is much more than a set of slides and an instructor. Participants work on real-life cases with other classmates together as a team. These teams will form an original product idea and generate a business model and vision for it. They will then identify metrics to track the creation of value and the successful delivery of the product to the marketplace.
