The Southwest region encompasses North Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Wichita, Kansas. Finalists are selected by an independent panel of judges based on their demonstration of long-term value through entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth, and impact.

The winners of the Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2025 Southwest Award will be announced at a gala event on June 21, 2025, at Gilley’s Dallas. Regional award winners will then advance to the national competition, culminating at the Strategic Growth Forum® in November, where national winners will be named and the overall U.S. winner will be considered for the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award.
