Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
The Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is a 2-day certification training offered both online and in person where participants learn how to leverage Scrum to maximize the value of products and services.
Product Ownership in Scrum today is about a lot more than writing requirements or managing a Product Backlog. Professional Scrum Product Owners need to take a much more strategic role in establishing a vision, measuring value, and validating ideas.
The course includes two attempts at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification exam (PSPO I).
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) Course Details
Over the two days, participants will develop and solidify their knowledge of being a Product Owner through instruction and team-based exercises. The PSPO course is much more than a set of slides and an instructor.
Participants work on real-life cases with other classmates together as a team. These teams will form an original product idea and generate a business model and vision for it. They will then identify metrics to track the creation of value and the successful delivery of the product to the marketplace.
Keeping aligned with Scrum.org’s philosophy, Improving selects only the most qualified instructors to deliver this course as well as maintains Scrum.org’s defined curriculum and materials to assure consistency and quality for students worldwide.
