Nathaniel McCall is the Manager of Recruiting Services for Improving Houston and an active member of the Conscious Capitalism Houston chapter. He has 15 years of recruiting experience in the technology field, including several years recruiting for the aerospace industry. As a consummate nerd, he loves reading Sci-Fi and Fantasy novels, playing the drums, homebrewing Mead, and playing strategy board games or D&D with his friends. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies with his wife of 22 years Kristy, and their two daughters and two sons.
