Kevin is a Vice President at Improving. He is passionate about Conscious Capitalism, an international movement to elevate humanity through business, and is an active member of its community. Kevin strives to fulfill the four tenents of the movement daily: higher purpose, stakeholder orientation, conscious culture, and conscious leadership.
His ultimate desire to help others achieve their goals has guided him to be involved with Improving’s career growth program called PATH. He assists business units and entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to life through executive coaching and service offerings such as Product Launch. This helps Improving's customers to innovate their products and businesses.
