Jay Bailey

Jay Bailey serves as President of the Atlanta enterprise. His primary focus is general management in the areas of Sales, Culture, Recruiting, and Delivery. As a transformative leader, Jay excels at helping those around him achieve their goals and motivates them to perform at the peak of their abilities.  Jay previously served as Vice President of Consulting and Director of Sales and Delivery with Improving. He has over 12 years of consulting experience and over 20 years in the IT industry.

Jay is an active member of his community, serving in a variety of roles mentoring and empowering youth.  He often coaches competitive youth athletics. Jay is a graduate of Wofford College with a B.S. in Math and Physics and an M.S. in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University.  His free time is spent enjoying the company of his wife and three children.
