Jared Sims leads his team of creatives to propel delivery for many facets of visual communication and design. While User Experience is the primary focus of his team, he also packs over a decade of creative delivery and technical implementation for modern application development.
Prior to working for Improving, Jared has managed and led multiple software delivery teams in enterprise and consultative landscapes. He is passionate about people, their growth, and their trajectory in career fulfillment and purpose. As an exercising Conscious Capitalist™, Jared focuses on servant leadership and creating an authentic environment for the elevation of agility in team mechanics and overall product & initiative success.
