Jacquie Bickel
Jacquie is the Vice President of Columbus Ohio Improving Enterprise. Jacquie currently leads Operations and Business Development. Since joining the Improving leadership team, revenues at Improving (Columbus) have more than doubled. In addition, the company was named to the Fast 50 in 2014, 2015 and 2016. In 2015 Jacquie was a recipient of The Stevie Award for Executive of the year for women in technical business 2017 and 2019. Jacquie is also passionate about learning and growth; she is a certified instructor of FranklinCoveys “The Speed of Trust”
In the business community, Jacquie serves on the Membership Committee for the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors for The Ohio Girl Scouts, founding board member and Chair for Conscious Capitalism Columbus, the Board of Directors for New Directions Career Center, as well as the advisory board for ZapIT Medical. Jacquie was a recipient of Columbus Business first 40/40 class of 2017 and the inaugural recipient of Columbus Business First Future #50 in 2019
Jacquie completed a yearlong Stagen Leadership program in 2020 where she graduated top #3 in the class. Jacquie is passionate about her personal growth, but more so collaborating and helping others grow, she believes change truly happens when we know the (why) behind our individual passion.
