In 2017, Colleen graduated from Simon Fraser University, majoring in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and a minor in English. After graduating, she jumped straight into the world of recruitment and talent acquisition, specifically in healthcare and public education.
From the start, she has always been super passionate about using technology to enhance and innovate talent acquisition. Now, Colleen is thrilled to be part of our Improving family, where she gets to help people find their dream jobs.
