Clara Sponitz
Vice President, Centralized Recruiting
As Vice President of Centralized Recruiting, Clara’s goal is to elevate the recruiting teams, augment their candidate pipeline, and streamline efforts, processes, companywide. Clara graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities with a BA in Psychology. She joined a software and consulting firm soon after, where she went through a technical bootcamp and was an IT Consultant for their clients. She was then given the opportunity to join the recruiting team where she found her true passion in recruiting and has been doing so for 25 years.
When outside of work, she enjoys watching basketball, walking outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and their beloved Golden doodle, Basil.
