Rod Giesbrecht

Rod Giesbrecht, is the President of Improving’s Winnipeg enterprise and was most recently the CEO and Founder Imaginet, a software solution company that has been delivering innovation and increasing productivity for customers since 1997. In his role as CEO, Rod has overseen the successful engagements of over 3,200 customers, ranging from small startups to multi-million dollar, multi-year projects for some of the largest corporations in the world.

As a leader, Rod is dedicated to creating and maintaining a great workplace culture, which has resulted in being recognized as a top employer in Canada. He remains committed to helping those around him achieve their goals and motivates them to perform at the peak of their abilities.

Prior to Imaginet, Rod was an Engineer in the System Control Design group at Manitoba Hydro.

Rod graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Distinction from the University of Manitoba and a Computer Technology graduate from Red River College.
