Description: Looking for a strong WPF/C# Principal Consultant with 4-10 years of experience. They will be building frameworks/templates in C#/WPF. The researchers will take those frameworks and use them to build applications in Matlab and Python. Contract will be for 1 year with the likelihood of extending much longer. This person will report to the technical lead.
Developer for Upstream Research software projects. Closely engaged with the customer, the candidate in this role will participate in all aspects of application development:
Work in an Agile environment (review progress, assign work, share knowledge, adjust team member's workload, discuss issues, anticipate problems and plan for upcoming work activities). Participate in planning and prioritization of the team’s work activities to meet goals and timelines.
Work with Product Owners and other developers on requirements for new development and upgrade requests to the team's software portfolio. Identify issues, communicate in a timely manner to supervisor and partner organizations, and work to progress general interest solutions.
