To accomplish that we have put in place the tools, processes, and programs that create a significant positive impact in the lives of all Improvers.
PATH
PATH is an employee growth program that helps Improvers take steps to complete their individual professional goals. This framework helps employees set and achieve goals at the highest level, resulting in substantial career growth. Through mentorship opportunities, PATH also provides leadership experience to those who want to help their fellow Improver succeed.
ImprovingU
ImprovingU is our internal university that encompasses all our learning opportunities. Classes help employees both learn new things and share their skills and knowledge. This program seeks out Improvers who have special skill sets and are willing to teach a course on their topic of choice to their peers. Not only do ImprovingU courses provide education for the course takers, but also leadership and public speaking experience for the instructor. This also includes Udemy licenses for growth in a self-paced and asynchronous learning environment.
