The Product Manager is responsible for strategy, execution, and roadmap management of the company's forecourt control strategy.





  • Devise the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our forecourt controller solutions; be the public face to the organization
  • Act as the lead agent for contacts with our various fuel partners, car wash partners, dispenser types, POS vendors, etc.
  • Provide strategic and tactical guidance to the fuel technology team in order to prioritize & maximize the value of every line of code
  • Keeps abreast of market direction and future trends and incorporates those into the product roadmap as appropriate
  • Works closely with the other digital product team to ensure synchronization of efforts
  • Routinely spends time with our customers (internal and external), observing hidden pain points and ideating on future solves



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, and/or 5+ years’ experience in C-store/Retail Field Operations, with a strong fuel background 
  • Familiarity with product management, Agile development and human-centered design thinking 
  • Ability and willingness to work hand-in-hand with franchisees, store managers, and sales associates to build and improve upon software features 
  • Tactical-level understanding of store-level fuel infrastructure, from backroom to POS, dispensers, and signage
  • Ability to provide direction to a tech team at both the strategic level (visions, roadmaps) as well as at a tactical level (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc).
  • Solid understanding of the fuel and merchandise economics, with the ability to turn features and ideas into bottom-line value for the company
  • Project management skills including internal/external stakeholder management, budgeting, financial modeling, and PowerPoint.
