Scott Greenlay

Scott Greenlay has joined Improving as the Managing Director for Canada, bringing with him over three decades of leadership experience across both the public and private sectors. Recognized for his ability to lead in complex, high-stakes environments, Scott has worked extensively with executives, boards, technologists, and entrepreneurs across North America and internationally. His career includes co-founding multiple technology firms, leading national consulting practices, and advising governments and global organizations on technology, governance, and strategic transformation. He holds an MBA (Valedictorian), a BSc in Computer Science, and the ICD.D designation, and has been recognized with the Governor General’s Medal for his significant contributions to Canada.

Scott is known for his pragmatic leadership style, grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a deep understanding of how organizations grow, adapt, and lead through change. With extensive experience advising boards, CEOs, and founders across a wide range of industries, he brings a unique ability to connect strategy with execution in a way that drives meaningful results.
