Job Duties

 

 

  • Research and identify potential candidates
  • Enter candidate information within a CRM platform to build upon our prospect pipeline
  • Establish contact with candidates using the following techniques: cold calling, email, LinkedIn, job postings, research, referrals, and other channels
  • Work with recruiting staff to schedule interviews
  • Conduct phone screens
  • Posting open opportunities on job boards
  • Formatting and editing resumes
 
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • General understanding of sourcing
  • Creativity and persistence
  • Strong understanding of internet search and navigation, including social media tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
